Peter Doocy versus Jen Psaki is the content we the people need. The CDC on Tuesday caved to political pressure and revised its sciency guidelines about masks. It used to be if you had your shots, you didn't need to wear a mask. Now, even if you had your shots, you need to wear a mask. As do all students grades K-12, even though they've always been the group to least likely ever get sick. No, it doesn't make a lick of sense. No, it's NOT a mandate. It's merely a suggestion for now. This is why it's even more important to show up at local government meetings and speak out.

Jen Psaki tried to make sense of it. Though she didn't try very hard.

DOOCY: If the Fauci Ouchies work, why do people need to wear masks?

I'm someone who got my shots. I don't say that because I think it makes me morally superior for doing so. I also get regular prostate checkups, if you were wondering. I mention my Fauci Ouchie status because the White House and the CDC want to play people who had shots against those who didn't in order to bully them into making a personal medical decision. Not only do I not care that you may make a different decision from me, but any anger about this new guidance should also be directed at the White House and the CDC. Because unless the science changed and I no longer only have a 0.005% chance of getting a mild illness, eat a d!ck saying this is about "the science."

The CDC has proven it gets bullied into making political decisions. The CDC has shown it will revise guidelines based on what's beneficial to the Biden administration. It's not a coincidence that after months of activists and "journalists" crying about people who didn't get shots and demanding that the CDC do something, the CDC did what it was pressured to do.

I'm not saying data and "the science" can't change. It has been changing. It's been changing away from the narrative we've been fed. Tuesday's CDC decision isn't about "the science." As always, it's about "the politics."
