Had this been a Breitbart News reporter working with a Daily Caller reporter, this would all be suspect and the target of an "independent" "fact"-checker investigation.

It's true, Washington, DC lifted its indoor mask mandate. And Biden was out eating, so there is a chance the reporter caught him in between bites. If the president was eating while talking into a microphone, he would be in clear compliance with "the science" as defined by the CDC. Except for one key detail: JOE BIDEN IS SICK, AND WE KNOW THIS BECAUSE WE HAVE VIDEO OF HIM FROM THAT DAY SAYING THAT HE'S SICK.

The White House tells us that Joe Biden does not have the 'rona and that we can trust them because Biden is tested every day. Actually, Biden says he is tested every day. The White House needed to walk that back and say he's tested regularly. While not the 'rona, Biden still has a cold and cough. And was out in a confined indoor space while having a cold and cough. Biden should have been home in his pajamas, drinking chicken soup. The CDC says to stay home when you are sick. It's all okay, though. Because, reportedly, Joe Biden put on a mask outside when the cameras were on him.

Joe Biden makes the rules. That doesn't mean he has to follow the rules. This is all theatre. All of it.
