WATCH: Dan Crenshaw DESTROYS NYT Writer Over 9/11 Bill
Dan Crenshaw exposing the left is the best Crenshaw (see WATCH: Dan Crenshaw Exposes the Left’s Radical Climate Agenda and WATCH: Dan Crenshaw Exposes Democrats and Their Duplicitous Tactics). Which the congressman had the opportunity to do again. Most of you have seen Jon Stewart's emotional testimony over the 9/11 Victims Fund Bill. A writer for The New York Times, let's call him Schmucky La Douche, called out Republicans for not sponsoring it. Singling out our favorite congressman.
The only rub is that Crenshaw DID sign on as a sponsor. Schmucky could have just admitted he was wrong. Instead, he doubled down, wanting to know why Crenshaw didn't sponsor it more and better.
One of these days, the eye patch is going to flip up and a laser is going to shoot out...
This one line sticks out the most:
[He said] patriotism is tied to legislation. That is a pretty inexcusable thing to say.
This is always the leftists' scam. They introduce a bill. Say the "Puppies and Rainbows Act." It has a bunch of stuff in it that has nothing to do with puppies and rainbows. You don't know this unless you take the time to read the bill. Which if you do, the left says you hate puppies and rainbows. As does the media. As does all your low information leftist friends as they share Facebook memes.
Which is not to say the 9/11 Victims Fund Bill is 100% like that. Personally speaking, with all the crap congress spends money on, this should be a no brainer. But there shouldn't be an issue taking time to read and think about the bill. I don't know, maybe make sure that 100% of the money spent in the 9/11 Victims Fund Bill is actually going to 9/11 first responders.
Dan Crenshaw is a long-form interview in a clickbait line of work.
