Elon Musk Tries Explaining Electric Vehicles, Investing, and Basic Math to Joe Biden

Last night was the State of the Union address, and Joe Biden said some stuff. Stuff made even Kamala Harris make a you-must-be-kidding-me face. But when he wasn’t mixing up Ukraine with Iran, Biden was saying other things, like pushing the green-ification of the country.

Biden said, “We’ll create good jobs for millions of Americans, modernizing roads, airports, ports, and waterways all across America. And we’ll do it all to withstand the devastating effects of the climate crisis and promote environmental justice. We’ll build a national network of 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations.”

And, as Townhall reports, whatever slack-jawed lacky who runs Biden’s Twitter account wasted no time attempting to piggyback on that same sentiment.

“Ford is investing $11B to build electric vehicles—creating 11,000 jobs across the country. GM is making the largest investment in its history—$7B to build electric vehicles, creating 4,000 jobs in Michigan.”

Ford and General Motors? There seems to be something missing from this list of notable electric vehicle makers… Could it be…

“Tesla has created over 50,000 US jobs building electric vehicles & is investing more than double GM + Ford combined [fyi to person controlling this twitter]”

I can just imagine Biden trying to do the math.

“Okay, 11,000 plus 4,000… Carry the 2… uh… ice cream?”

And I don’t even think Biden knows how many zeroes are in a billion.

C’mon, man. Biden doesn’t understand numbers! Biden’s people don’t understand them too well, either, because if they did, they’d all be handing in resignations and jumping ship to get away from the unmitigated disaster that is this administration. Nowhere do the numbers make Biden look good. Poll numbers continue to bury themselves under the growing list of failures, and inflation is through the roof.

Luckily, Biden has Musk to point out to him how to math.

Musk is fond of giving these kinds of impromptu lessons to ignorant politicians. And we are fond of him pointing out just how terrible those politicians are. Keep it up Musk!
