I'll be honest, I don't have the bandwidth to get emotional over the Omnibus spending bill. In a year where we've been told to be okay with the feds paying Twitter to censor Americans and public schools teaching children about "vagina slime," seeing Congress pull the same bullsh*t they pull every year -- where they do nothing for eleven months and then cram all their unpopular budget requests in one 4000 page bill they don't read -- meh. We all know what happens next. It happens every year.

That said, one of the few real ones when it comes to calling out this ginormous crap sandwich is Senator Rand Paul. He explained the process as only he can...by reading "'Twas the Night Before Christmas."

But like I said, I'm choosing not to be outraged over our "leaders" sneaking bullplop they know wouldn't survive sunlight. We've all already been there and done that this year.

Were I to get outraged, paying for border security for OTHER COUNTRIES while forbidding our own border patrol from securing our own border would be something.

Over a billion on globalism might be something else.

Of course, Zelenskyy is getting his allowance.

This sounds gross and Orwellian.

And of course, over eleven billion more for the feds. Which, if you've been reading the Twitter Files...no.

Those are things that, should I have chosen to be outraged over the ginormous crap sandwich known as the Omnibus bill, I'd be upset about. Until our allegedly conservative leaders start to show outrage -- real outrage, not just mugging for right-wing media cameras -- I'll stick to Christmas baking today.
