While it was never intended for the state to fund the biologically impossible sex changes of the general public on the taxpayers' dime, it was especially not the case for evil baby killers.
🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨
A trans-identified male convicted of murdering a baby has been quietly released from prison 30 YEARS EARLY.

A man, who claims to be a woman, and who was also convicted of murdering a baby, was released from prison 30 years early, according to Reduxx. While the reason for his release has not yet been confirmed, the suspicions regarding it are worse than you could have ever imagined.
The ACLU has launched a legal complaint against the Indiana Department of Corrections on behalf of a transgender inmate they say was denied "gender affirming" surgeries.

A trans-identified male convicted of the grisly murder of an infant has been released on parole a full 30 years early. Jonathan Richardson, who now uses the name Autumn Cordellioné, was convicted in 2002 after his 11-month-old stepdaughter died in his care while her mother was at work. Having served less than half of his 55-year sentence, Richardson was quietly released in late December of 2025.
A statement from the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office was published on March 26, warning the community of Richardson’s presence, and stating that the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) had failed to notify local officials of the release of a “serious violent felon.”
The reason this story exists is not that officials warned the public that a psychotic baby killer is on the loose, but because someone recognized him in public. It was a civilian who had warned the people, not the ones whose job it is to do just that. It is unclear how anyone convicted of murder can be released from prison early, especially those responsible for killing an infant, but that is what you can expect when progressives make the rules.
Without an official statement from the DOC, it is unclear why Richardson was released early. However, the decision may have been linked to an injunction granted in state court that required the IDOC to provide Richardson with taxpayer-funded cosmetic surgeries. Releasing Richardson early may have been the IDOC’s strategy to avoid paying for the court-ordered cosmetic enhancements.
In 2023, the ACLU of Indiana filed a complaint on behalf of this psycho, claiming that the state not funding his sex change is subjecting him to “cruel and unusual punishment.” It is unclear why the ACLU did not believe Richardson subjected the baby to cruel or unusual punishment, but the fact that they turned this psycho into the victim is astonishing.
In the suit, ACLU lawyers refer to Richardson as an “adult transgender female prisoner confined in a male institution,” and complains that “the total ban on gender-affirming surgery violates [his] right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment.”
Among a list of demands prepared by Richardson and presented as evidence in court was a document titled “Surgeries to Reach My Ideal Self.” The first item on the list, the court heard, was a “vagina,” followed by: breast implants, a brow lift, a brow reduction, a tummy tuck, gluteal implants (BBL), a uterus transplant, hair removal, and wigs.
You truly cannot make up for this level of insanity.
Richardson had been serving a 55-year sentence for the murder of his 11-month-old stepdaughter after he had been left to care for the child while her mother was at work. That night, he was visited by friends who observed he was “acting strangely” and refused to invite them into the house as he normally would.
Despite claiming the little girl was sleeping, Richardson had loud music playing in the home, and his guests noted that he appeared to have a fresh, bleeding tattoo of the child’s name carved into his arm. Shortly after his friends left, Richardson went to a neighbor’s home and asked them to call 911, claiming the child was unresponsive. The baby would later die at the hospital, with the cause of death determined to be asphyxiation by manual strangulation.
This is the sort of crime that should never grant this psycho the light of day — and some may even argue that far worse consequences are deserved. Nonetheless, because leftists have decided that so long as a man claims to feel some abstract feeling deep down inside, they can do no wrong. Subsequently, this man is now walking free, and we can almost be certain it is for a reason that will never put the left on the right side of history.
A child’s life was taken far too early, and it is deranged that leftists fight for the killer's nonexistent right to a sex change, rather than focusing on the gravity of the situation. This will never be moral, and it is deranged that we have gotten to a place where stories like this exist.
