There is an old-timey saying about not starting a war with someone who buys ink by the gallon. What it means is don't complain when the media lies about you, because they will always win in the end. The "ink" is from when people read things called "newspapers." Like I said, old-timey. CNN is learning not to go to war with a podcaster who has an audience in the millions. Unlike the CNN audience, which has fewer people watching than they do reruns of Golden Girls.

Let's recap. CNN lied about Joe Rogan taking horse dewormer. Joe Rogan got CNN medical "expert" Sanjay Gupta to admit CNN was repeating invalid truths. Don Lemon doubled down on the lie as Gupta begged elitists to forgive him for speaking to Rogan. Got all that? Because here's Rogan calling Lemon a dumb motherf*cker.

I know that you know that I know that you know what happens from here. Brian Stelter will cry into his cheesecake that everyone thinks Joe Rogan is prettier than him. Jim Acosta will run up to random strangers demanding they denounce Donald Trump. And Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo will give each other a reach around over how they stuck it to the "idiot" comedian. At no point will any of them look in the mirror and reflect on why so many Americans view them as the least trusted name in news. Or why so many Americans think the media stinks at their jobs and sucks at life.

We know the lot of you "repeat invalid truths" and put your liberal political narrative before informing the public. The American people aren't as stupid as CNN's primetime lineup thinks we are. Or, as stupid as CNN's primetime lineup.
