Great news, metalheads. Ozzy Osbourne doesn't hate America after all. He is still moving back to the UK, but he's not happy about it.

Ozzy said back in August he was getting out of America, saying "everything’s f*cking ridiculous" here, citing all the people getting killed. "I don’t want to die in America. I’m English. I want to be back."

Osbourne appears to have realized how much the UK sucks ass. He says in a new interview that moving back is not his idea.

To be honest with you, if I had my way, I’d stay in America. I’m American now... to be honest with you, I don’t want to go back. F*ck that.

But he and his wife Sharon Osbourne have "both" decided that it is the right choice for "them." "They" both insist they need to make the move after Sharon got canceled for defending Piers Morgan after he made fun of Meghan Markle. It's too ridiculous a story to get into. At the end of the day, Ozzy's wife is making him move.

Also, as was revealed in Consequence, it's not all of America that is too violent. It is only Los Angeles. The couple has lived in LA for forty years. But as Sharon says, California is not what it once was.

It’s not that hub anymore. It’s not exciting anymore. It hasn’t gone sideways, it’s gone down. It’s not a fun place to live. It’s dangerous here. Every big city’s got crime, but I don’t feel safe here. Neither does Ozzy.

It would be unfair to hold that against them. Los Angeles has gotten too violent for Ice T and Snoop Dogg as well.

Wherever life brings Ozzy from here, to be frank... I try my best to not think of any he's done since the mid-nineties. As an old-school metalhead, I want to remember him as the "Prince of Darkness." One MTV reality show and an entire generation of metalheads were robbed of being able to do so.
