Christmas came early for America. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-ish, WV) announced he will not be voting for Joe Biden's socialist spending bill "Build Back Better." Manchin joins at least fifty of his colleagues in the Senate in rejecting the bill. Other D's probably also opposed the massive increase in spending but hid behind Manchin (and Krysten Sinema) so that low-information liberal protesters wouldn't yell at them or say mean things on Twitter.

Manchin, as made evident by this clip from a radio interview, wasn't moved by it. At the end of the day, while these liberal failures were from New York City or Palo Alto, none of them were from West Virginia. You know, the only voters who ackshually matter to a West Virginia senator.

"I knew where they were, and I knew what they could and could not do. They just never realize. They figured surely to God we can move one person. Surely we can badger & beat one person up. Surely we get enough protesters to make that person uncomfortable enough they'll just say 'okay, I'll vote for anything and just quit.' Well, guess what? I'm from West Virginia. I'm not from where they're from, where they think they can beat the living crap out of people and they'll be submissive."

Just look at Sen. Krysten Sinema, the only other not completely batsh!t crazy Democrat. Activists chased her into the bathroom and harassed her on an airplane. Which activists did with the full support of Joe Biden, who called it "part of the process."

Cheers to you, Sen. Manchin. I'm still hoping Cocaine Mitch works his magic and converts Manchin. The leftist meltdowns would be 10/10 content. But for now, a grateful America is happy with the word "no."
