CNN Pedo Producer Update: He's Been Identified, Mother of Girl Praises Project Veritas for Saving Her Family
Project Veritas dropped a shocking story on Thursday. A woman came to the news outlet with audio and text messages of a CNN producer discussing the sexual things he wanted to do with his fiance's underage daughter. PV reported what they had to authorities and contacted the mother to make sure her daughter was safe before releasing the video. The news outlet has since reported that the producer in question is Rick Saleeby.

Saleeby, a producer for The Lead with Jake Tapper, sent text messages talking about how he could see the outline of the 14-year-old girl's genitals through her bathing suit. He also left a voice message about how after he had his mouth on the 14-year-old, he was going to put his crotch by her face so the 14-year-old could, quote, "feel what the hard flesh feels like." CNN as of now has not responded to Project Veritas' multiple requests for comment.
Veritas also released a statement from the mother in question, withholding her name to protect her safety. The mother praised the news outlet for saving her family: "I want the public and any predators to know, without a shadow of a doubt, that I will go to the absolute ends of the earth to protect my babies. And I am tremendously grateful that you guys have saved us all from him."
This is the second underage scandal with a CNN producer in as many weeks. John Griffin was charged with three counts of “us[ing] a facility of interstate commerce to abuse underage girls.” After the story broke, CNN fired Mr. Griffin.
