They are like the men who stormed Normandy because they fought to keep schools closed or remote. They're like the abolitionists who struggled to rid America of slavery because they push to teach racist curricula. And they're just like the great civil rights leaders because they really, really want to teach your children to dress in drag or be gay or be trans. They're just so brave...

No. It's all bullsh*t. They are about as far from being selfless heroes as any other person, and it's not because they are lazy or racist or g-words (remember, that word is bad), although those are all good reasons. They're also greedy liars who couldn't care less about students, generally.

Teachers have been pushing radical leftist ideologies on students and are now complaining that they aren't able to do so. They are mad because parents don't want their children to learn everything through Critical Race Theory. They're angry because Governor Ron DeSantis made it illegal to teach radical sexuality and gender theories to young and impressionable children.

Teachers want more money and benefits and--let's not forget--more days off. But they're already compensated very well for what they do.

Every complaint is moronic and dishonest. It's just another list of reasons to add to the growing list of reasons why the federal Department of Education needs to go and people should stop sending their children to the leftist, taxpayer-funded indoctrination camps because these people are the ones you'll be trusting to make sure your children come out educated and well-rounded.

Spoiler: There is almost no scenario in which your child spends twelve years in public school and ends up educated and well-rounded.
