New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is planning to sue to have it taken away from you. All of you. Not just you sad saps in New York.

He's basically launching his soon to be failed presidential campaign on it. While he taps you. ALL OF YOU!

New York state will take Washington to court to challenge the new Republican tax overhaul, Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday, calling the new law an unconstitutional assault on states' rights and New York in particular. The lawsuit is one of several ways Cuomo, a potential 2020 presidential contender, is positioning New York to lead the opposition to President Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans.

The new tax law caps a deduction for state and local taxes at $10,000, a move that will increase federal tax liabilities for many homeowners in high-tax states like New York. Cuomo says the change could increase tax liabilities for some New Yorkers by as much as 25 percent, potentially prompting some to leave for cheaper states and making the state less competitive economically.

Here's the rub. People are fleeing New York like Jacob to freedom. The state is losing at least one congressional seat, to pair with the two NY lost after the 2010 census. They're leaving New York because of the painful, grinding rape that is taxes. Every April, New Yorkers just hand their accountants jars of vaseline and ask that they just don’t make eye contact.

Now take what happens to New Yorkers and scale it up by 300 million.

The Governor since 2010 has been glittering dumbass Andrew Cuomo (with more Democrats before that). Meaning the Democrats have been gang-raping taxpayers for a long, long, long time.

The people who are seeing their taxes "go up," according to the Empire Center: it's a relatively small number of (mainly very high income) filers who now pay a disproportionately large share of state taxes. Nothing fair about a small percentage of people paying a large share of taxes. Who is the Governor responsible for that: Andrew Cuomo or Donald Trump?

To repeat: the biggest losers from federal tax reform are not middle-class families in general but a small number of very high-earners, mainly the income millionaires who have been Albany’s cash cows.

So we're clear, we need to rein in spending before even considering raising taxes on anyone. Show me a clear audit the tax pool is being spent the best way it can before asking anyone for more money. I'll wait.

However, when people like Andrew Cuomo lie and say they are "for the middle class," remember this story. Because basically, Chris' Idiot Brother spent the last eight years funding his progressive resume - for his soon to be failed presidential campaign - on the backs of New York taxpayers. Now that it's hard for him to do that, he has a case of the sads. Proving rape is an empty act.
