If my man here doesn't have you ready to follow him into the gates of hell, or at least the gates of the senior parking lot, you must be a communist. Students have had enough of the anti-science school mask mandates. Some have risen up at school board meetings and told the leftist school board members where to stick their cloth masks. The ones that are now NOT recommended by the CDC. Or, they weren't recommended, but now they are recommended. Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to the CDC.

This young squire, we'll call him Patton Jones, is ready to lead a revolution. And he knows you just don't revolt. You need to be smart about it.

"We want this to be a peaceful, respectful movement. We're just trying to gain back our rights as citizens."

Patton Jones knows if this is going to work, it needs to be a PEACEFUL protest. An actual peaceful protest, as opposed to ones you may have seen on cable news this year. He identified the enemy, and it's not the teachers. It's the state forcing the spiteful anti-science mandates for no other reason than to virtue signal their politics. His supporters were given clear directions. AND he had a contingency plan. If the lower classmen don't have a way to go home, the seniors will give them a ride.

If things went as planned, the walk-out would have happened two days ago. I refuse to search to see if it actually happened. I want to believe that it did. But I also know how difficult it is to get kids to actually follow through and not get distracted. As long as I refuse to google, I can believe Patton Jones led the revolution.

Even IF not, Gov. Patton Jones has a nice ring to it in a decade or two. Lord knows the pacific northwest could use some actual leadership.
