Some men you just can't reach. I regret to inform you that Michael Palacios -- aka the McDonald's Axe Smasher -- is in trouble with the law again. He's also out of jail again. This time there is graffiti and a stolen bike involved.

MCS, as reported by the New York Post, was busted spraying graffiti. To evade arrest, he stole a $3500 bike from a coffee shop. Then he smashed the bike as he was attempting to evade, and was captured. He was charged with grand larceny, two counts of criminal mischief, possession of stolen property, making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments. Thankfully for MCS, he didn't have his trusty axe with him.

MCS was released from jail without bail. Why? Because this is New York City.

We can never forget when we first met the McDonald's Axe Smasher. He went viral for smashing McDonald's with an axe. Hence, the clever moniker.

The New York Post caught up with MCS to ensure his story wasn't being misrepresented. MCS wanted the world to know that he was not unhinged. "I’m not psychotic. I just did what anybody would do when being pummeled. What would you do? Take out your phone and call 911?"

The origin of the axe is that if he had a gun, he'd go to jail. In New York City, the worst thing you can do is defend yourself with a gun. If you defend yourself with an axe, even if you kill someone just as dead as they would be if you used a gun, it's not as bad.

We had hoped that MCS would have learned his lesson. Tried to walk the straight and narrow. Stopped doing illegal things to see how it worked out for him. Instead, he went right back to his bad habits.

The over/under for the McDonald's Axe Smasher's next run-in with the law is set for October 30th.
