JK Rowling SAVAGELY responds to Emma Watson now that the woke actress wants to be friends again

I respect what Emma Watson said here. It’s sad that it took her so long to get to this realization, and it’s sad that this expression of basic human decency is viewed as a revolutionary act in today’s world; nevertheless, I respect it.

Now that the left is learning they were on the wrong side of history, siding with trans activists over women and science, some are trying to make up for it. Emma Watson wants to be friends with JK Rowling again. Yes, the same JK Rowling who is the HTIC (Head "Transphobe" In Charge) and is responsible for us even knowing what an Emma Watson is. The author responded to the interview in a brutally candid manner. Spoiler: She is not ready to play nice.
The way the left turned on Rowling has been fascinating to me. JK Rowling? NOT MAGA or even a conservative. There was a time when leftists were identifying as Hogwarth sects to describe how they were "resisting" Trump. Ten bucks says the author thinks Trump is a fascist and something something authoritarian. Yet because she disagrees with the left on one single issue, she's treated as literally Voltermort. At least I think that's an accurate analogy. I've only seen the first and third movie.
To recap, in 2019, when a British woman was wrongly fired for a pronoun infraction, Rowling defended her. The usual suspects demanded Rowling bend the knee and apologize. She refused. Watson and "Harry Potter" actor Daniel Radcliffe turned on her. And over the past six years, the left did what the left do:
- JK Rowling hater demands she performs a sex act on him, but she ruins his life with a tweet instead
- Trans Author Threatens to Slit JK Rowling's Throat After Killing Her Off in Their Gruesome Anti-Woman Novel
- J.K. Rowling Refuses to Back Down When Trans Activist Threatens Her with a Pipe Bomb
Since then, the left is realizing they may have gone too far going all in on trans issues. When it comes to allowing boys in the girls' locker room, female prisons, and rape crisis centers, progressives like Watson are waking up to the fact that they are on the wrong end of yet another 80-20 issue.
Watson offered Rowling an olive branch. Rowling set it on fire, pointing out how Watson and her co-stars, "...made it clear over the last few years that they think [their] former professional association gives them [an] obligation" to attack Rowling for clout.
These bars are key:
Like other people who've never experienced adult life uncushioned by wealth and fame, Emma has so little experience of real life she's ignorant of how ignorant she is. She'll never need a homeless shelter. She's never going to be placed on a mixed sex public hospital ward. I'd be astounded if she's been in a high street changing room since childhood. Her 'public bathroom' is single occupancy and comes with a security man standing guard outside the door. Has she had to strip off in a newly mixed-sex changing room at a council-run swimming pool? Is she ever likely to need a state-run rape crisis centre that refuses to guarantee an all-female service? To find herself sharing a prison cell with a male rapist who's identified into the women's prison?
I'm seeing quite a bit of comment about this, so I want to make a couple of points.
I'm not owed eternal agreement from any actor who once played a character I created. The idea is as ludicrous as me checking with the boss I had when I was twenty-one for what opinions I should… https://t.co/c0pz19P7jc

There has been a great deal of discussion in the political world over the past few weeks about forgiveness. It's a personal decision, and I'm sure Rowling has let a lot of this stuff go. However, when you factor in the feeling of betrayal and the ridiculous amount of death and security threats JK faced over her crime of having a single issue she disagrees with Democrats on, Watson is going to have to do better than "agree to disagree" if she really wants to be friends again.
