Canada is a silly place full of silly people who believe silly things. Woke leftists love themselves a good acronym almost as much as they enjoy calling everything they don't like a "genocide." The two things collided this week when a budget cut led a member of parliament to try a little too hard to be intersectional. Though if you need a new password to prevent people from logging into your Netflix account, NDP MP Leah Gazan has got you covered.

They provided $0 to deal with the ongoing genocide of MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+.

In doing my diligence, that collection letters, which, when read out loud, sounds like someone had a stroke, stands for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual+ people. At some point, the MMIWG joined forces with the LGBTQQIA+ in a deal that was brokered by the 2S. If not for the 2S, the MMIWG and the LGBTQQIA+ would have nothing in common.

It appears MMIWG is the new woke cause du joir for people to signal their virtue over. I know it was a storyline on Marshalls, which, as a side note, is a terrible show. There's a difference between a show written by Taylor Sheridan and a show written by a Hollywood writers' room based on their interpretation of what they want Sheridan's characters to be. Yellowstone was great. The Madison is excellent. Marshalls is two packs of ass. But I digress.

What MMIWG has to do with LGBTQ*fart noise*, I don't know. You would think MMIWG would be a serious issue on its own. Missing children need to be found, and the people who took them need to go missing. Period. End of sentence. End of life for the kidnappers.

However, when you refer to something that is not a genocide as a "genocide," you don't care about the issue as much as you care about guilting people into giving your NGO and nonprofit money. That's where leftists want public money to go. The same people demanding it are the same people who want to defund various law enforcement entities whose job it is to bring the perptrators to justice.

Why stop at MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+? Why not MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+BIPOCEIEIO? That way, everyone can get a cut.
