According to the left, all cultures are equal. And because of this lie, they have demanded we open our borders to the third world. It turns out, however, that any culture that condones kidnapping is not what most people would deem as morally permissible.

An Indian realtor had claimed that when he attempted to kidnap a 9-year-old boy, it was nothing more than a “cultural misunderstanding,” and that he should not be deported from Canada because “it's acceptable in his culture.”

According to The Post Millennial:

An Indian real estate agent in Ontario, Canada has claimed to a judge that it was a “cultural misunderstanding” when he lured a boy into his vehicle and abducted him. He is now facing deportation from the country.

Manoj Govindbalunikam, 37, was given an 18-month sentence earlier in April after being convicted of abducting a 9-year-old boy in August 2023. He pleaded not guilty to abducting the boy and then buying the young lad ice cream as well as toys. Police later found photos of him with the boy in his yellow Chevrolet Camaro.

According to his attorney, the reason he should be released on conditional discharge is that he only wanted to buy the boy toys and ice cream, and that this proves he never intended to harm the young child. Whether or not that is true, it still proves that open borders jeopardize everyone's safety.

It is unclear if people in India often kidnap children and buy them Ice Cream, but in the West, this is considered a very serious crime. The fact that immigrants are allowed to reside in Canada without understanding that proves just how dangerous leftist policies are.

Last time I checked, not knowing the law is not a criminal defense. It is unclear if that stands with our Canadian neighbors, but I think this crime is more than enough justification to send this man back to where he came from.
