Police accuse mother of "hate incident" for calling their child by their real name, as opposed to their made-up "trans" name

In trans ideology, there is a concept known as a “deadname.” This is when one individual refers to a trans-identified individual by their natal name. This is somehow supposed to cause distress and be the problem of the “deadnamer,” rather than a personal problem. This logic, or lack thereof, is why one mother has been logged under a “hate incident" for doing just that.

Per the Daily Mail:
A mother has been hit with a ‘hate incident’ report after failing to call her transgender child by their new name, records show.
The case was reported to police after the youngster complained to teachers, and officers decided that no crime had been committed.
LOL. Well, it is good to know that the law still protects mothers who call their child by the name they gave them. Glad authorities cleared this up. However, if no crime was committed, why is something still logged under the guise of “hate?” While she may not have committed a crime under enacted law, it appears she may have committed a “thought crime.”
Despite this, they logged it as a non-crime hate incident (NCHI). It is unclear whether officers visited the family or just took down details in case the row escalated.
What does that even mean? These people are just making things up as they go along. Aren't they?
The spat was revealed as part of a wider probe into NCHIs, which were axed in March amid calls for the police to focus on crime.
More than 500 were recorded in England and Wales in a month last September, and the true number is expected to be far higher.
LOL. Maybe one day police will spend more time going after real criminals rather than recording fake instances of “hate,” but clearly, they have no intention of doing that anytime soon. To call this the most pathetic and Orwellian abuse of the legal system in the UK would be an understatement.
