Our southern border has been in crisis since Joe Biden was sworn into office. 400,000 illegal migrants have crossed over into Eagle Pass, Texas, in 2022 (so far) alone. Yet, it wasn't until "literal" human traffickers Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis "literally" kidnapped fifty migrants and sent them to Martha's Vineyard that the left and the media (but I repeat myself) decided to give a sh*t. Or, at the very least, pretend to.

Keep that in mind, as well as the lack of empathy from the White House towards what their policies are doing to small towns, as you watch Eagle Pass Fire Chief Manuel Mello III describe how dire the situation is. Dire, compared to the "dire" situation in the northeast where 150 National Guardsman were activated to handle fifty people in Massachusetts.

I would like to see the federal government jump in and help out in whatever way they can, so that could be alleviated. If they could at least stop this migration that would be awesome. I don't see any end in sight. I think Washington needs to do something about it.

The rub is "Washington doing something about it," aka the Biden administration, is how we went from a forty-five-year low in illegal border crossings to the mess we're in now. And it was a mess in March 2021, less than two months after Biden was sworn in and started to unleash his agenda. It was a mess a year ago when Biden aides would panic and freak out whenever the president was asked about the border crisis. And it's a mess today.

Let the left and the media (again, repeating myself) only give a sh*t when it affects them. Call what DeSantis and Abbott are doing a "stunt" if you like. It still exposed the left for who they really are. Don't ever forget that.
