Madonna's back in the news cycle for being gross. Yet again.

This time, she isn't flashing her lady bits or partaking in a blasphemous photoshoot. No, she's just showing off her penis brooch. Because of course she has a penis brooch. She is Madonna, after all.

On Monday, Madonna posted this creepy video on Instagram. The brooch is only visible on the thumbnail before the video plays, but if you look closely, you can see the bedazzled penis and testicles on the brooch she's holding up.

This brooch was actually a part of Madonna's outfit for the Grammys awards. Aside from the phallic jewelry, her Grammys appearance in general also made headlines because she looked so bad. No, really. That's the reason. This Page Six headline reads, "Fans 'so confused' by Madonna's 'new face' at Grammys 2023."

Plastic surgeons told Page Six they believe she’s had a facelift, nose job, and “pulled back” skin, among other procedures. Other surgeons have said she's likely had a lot of botox and excessive filler, which caused her face to morph into a "v" shape. One surgeon said she probably had hair filler as well, meaning she had filler injected into the temples of her head. This gives her hairline a wider look. And still, another surgeon said she's probably had neuromodulators, platelet-rich plasma injections, as well as possible laser resurfacing, giving her skin a wrinkle-free, glowy, and altogether horrific look.

Madonna's not one to go down without a fight, and responded to her critics on Instagram, saying she was "caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in."

I'm not sure that's it. It's not like she aged gracefully and people are mocking her for being old. No, it's that she has a DIFFERENT FACE. And it's quite terrifying.
