Katie Hobbs is running for Arizona governor and is afraid to debate her opponent Kari Lake. She freaks out over the idea of even being in the same room as Kari. Among her many excuses is that debating an alleged "election denier" like Lake would make Arizona, quote, "the butt of late-night TV jokes and national ridicule."

As it turns out, Lake isn't the only Arizonan Hobbs has a problem with. She just doesn't like people. Especially yappy Uber drivers.

Project Veritas Action released an undercover video exposing how big of a trainwreck Katie Hobbs is. Even according to her own supporters. But it was Hobbs in her own words lamenting how much it sucks to have strangers ask her about politics that stands out.

An Uber driver asked me “‘Oh, what do you do?’ And I was like, ‘Uh, I work for a campaign.’ I don’t know why I said that -- I just didn’t want to have this conversation. And he’s like, ‘Oh, Kari Lake?’ And I was like, ‘F**k no!’ I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to talk politics to anyone who I don’t know.”

It's not that I'm less than sympathetic. I tell people I'm in digital consulting for similar reasons. I was hanging out with a buddy of mine who was a local mayor, watching him have to say hello and talk to everyone he met. He knew the one person he doesn't do that for will be the one that attacks him for it.

It looked exhausting. I could never do it. That's why, and this is key, I WOULD NEVER RUN FOR OFFICE, LET ALONE RUN FOR GOVERNOR.

A typical elitist politician waits until after they get elected to sh*t on voters and act like having to associate with constituents is beneath them. Katie Hobbs starts off there. No wonder she's in hiding.
