The WHCA is holding its annual dinner on Saturday, and the left is not too happy that President Donald Trump will be attending. According to the ladies on “The View,” Trump hates the press, and because of this, he has no right to honor the press at the dinner. And if you believe this, you are part of the problem.

It is not that Trump hates the press; it is that the press has lied about the president for nearly a decade, so much so that they have gotten much of the public to believe he is Hitler reincarnated, and that should not be taken lightly. While the left would like it if you believed there is nothing Trump hates more than the First Amendment, that could not be further from the truth.

I don't have to tell you any of the million times the media lied about the president to mislead the masses. From the Russia hoax to his stance on immigration, to pretending this man is racist, this is precisely why the press has become largely irrelevant.

And while many people in the press are part of the fake news media industrial complex, not all of them are. And those journalists are certainly worth honoring. Nonetheless, the left still cannot handle that the people are no longer falling for their fake news.

According to CNN:

Trump will be attending the gala for the first time as president and speaking before thousands of journalists and politicos — leaving attendees to wonder what he’ll say and how the room will react.

Will the president use a dinner dedicated to the First Amendment to attack journalists and air his well-worn grievances? Or will he deliver the barbs with a lighter touch, perhaps in the joking, back-slapping manner he sometimes adopts around reporters?

There is no greater threat to Democracy than the fact that the left controls the media. And the fact that these same people want you to believe they are the arbiters of truth tells you all you need to know.
