In case you haven’t heard, the wrinkled succubus known as Hillary Clinton has a new book out called What Happened. If the title wasn’t indication enough, it’s 512 pages of Hill blaming everyone and everything she can for her loss to our current tangerine-skinned Commander-in-Chief, the Trump. Excerpts from this sour blame-fest she calls a book have been released, and they’re comic gold. Case in point? She blames the Bern for laying the foundations of her “Crooked Hillary” title.
Hillary Clinton blames Sen. Bernie Sanders for doing “lasting damage” to her campaign and “paving the way” for President Trump to denigrate her as “Crooked Hillary,” according to newly released excerpts from upcoming book.
“When I finally challenged Bernie during a debate to name a single time I changed a position or a vote because of a financial contribution, he couldn’t come up with anything,” Clinton writes in her upcoming book “What Happened.”
“Nonetheless, his attacks caused lasting damage, making it harder to unify progressives in the general election and paving the way for Trump’s ‘Crooked Hillary’ campaign.”
You know, instead of blaming Bernie, maybe she should have just not been crooked in the first place.
Blaming the Bern for exposing her seems out of line. Her innumerable scandals were amassing long before that slouchy Communist grump ever pointed them out. If anyone’s to blame, it’s Hillary. If you’re going to be a criminal kingpin, you’ve got to know how to cover your tracks. Otherwise, you’re better off to spare yourself the headache and just follow the straight and narrow. This is day one stuff, Hill.
To Hillary’s credit, she ran just about every play in the book to get elected. There was a media-wide propaganda campaign. Cringeworthy pandering. Shady tarmac meetings with her alleged investigators. Pretty much everything you can think of. With the exception of relating to a single person on a human level. But, who gives a flying fart about that, eh?
Herein lies one of Hillary’s biggest flaws. Instead of sacking up and taking responsibility for her actions, she’s opting to put her failures off on everyone else. In doing so, she’s only further proving why she would make a terrible leader.
Hill may think this is how she mounts her comeback. But, I highly doubt going on a nationwide whining spree is going to work wonders for her already tarnished reputation.
While we’re on the subject…
