It has been over a year since the Los Angeles wildfires destroyed the Palisades. Under Karen Bass's democrat party leadership, out of the 6800 homes that were destroyed, only 13 have been allowed to be rebuilt. It's one of the reasons Spencer Pratt has been inspired to run against her. And Bass is starting to take notice!

By claiming she never heard of him, and accusing him of exploiting the grief caused by her incompetence. I'm paraphrasing.

Well, honestly, before this, I had never heard of Spencer Pratt. But the thing I am concerned about is that I feel like he’s exploiting the grief of people in the Palisades. And I think that’s reprehensible.

Methinks Pratt's banger political ad is causing a stir:

Like...he IS the people in the Palisades.

And he's not exploiting their grief. He's "exploiting" the CAUSE of their grief. Karen Bass and the incompetent people (democrats) she has around her.

Calling Pratt a "grifter" is the official talking point they have settled on. Exploiting grief, and also establishing residency at his parents' house to run for mayor. See, Spencer Pratt is currently homeless. After his house burned down. Thanks to Karen Bass's incompetent leadership.

Democrats are at least creative here. We've seen a similar script before. After decades of our cities being run into the ground by the same failed leftist policies, when voters keep electing the same leftist politicians, a non-leftist shows electoral promise and needs to get destroyed. Normally, they just accuse the guy of being a racist who hates women and gays. I'm sure that's still to come.

Accusing Pratt of exploiting people's grief of having their houses burned down and struggling to rebuild due to Democrat bureaucracy, when he IS one of those people struggling to rebuild after HIS house was one the thousands that was burned down, is so shameless it's almost impressive.
