CBS News' Major Garrett reported that the GOP gameplan going into the State of the Union was to, and I quote, "Make sure Americans after this speech had a sense that the opposition party was off the rails [and] crazy." While Trump was doing that, the opposition party was counter-programming dressed as animals and chanting "F*ck ICE." Why? Because the opposition party is super serious people who demand you take them super seriously.

But those were the whackdoodles outside the State of the Union. Inside the State of the Union, the Democrats in attendance stepped on literally every rake President Trump not only put in front of them, but also telegraphed, "Hey, look, here is a rake I am putting in front of you. Try not to step on it."

When the opposition party advertises that they are not going to stand no matter what Trump says or does, you can't be surprised when Donald Trump puts it to the test.

"They can’t even applaud basic commonsense things."

Those were the Democrats INSIDE the Chamber. Outside the Chamber, at the "People's State of the Union," the Democrats who boycotted... I want you to close your eyes. I want you to picture what you think the Democrat Party counterprogramming a Donald Trump speech in 2026 would look like. Do you have the visual in your head? Good.

Now dress the speakers up in animal costumes.

Now, I could look into why these assclowns dressed up. I could do my diligence and discover what being dressed as animals while protesting Trump's common-sense illegal immigration reforms was meant to symbolize. I could do all that... but I don't wanna.

Some content is better left open to the world's interpretation.

It's remarkable the more you let it percolate in your noggin. Donald Trump, depending on the poll you look at, is at his lowest approval both overall and even on issues he does well on. And this is going into the midterm, where the president's party always loses power in the House. All the democrat party has to do is be normal.

Instead, they dress up as animals.
