Because there's being personally pro-vaccine and being grateful for President Trump's leadership in the matter. Then there's batsh!t f*cking crazy thinking Joe Biden should only give you freedom back if you get vaccinated. Guess which direction former Planned Parenthood president and current CNN analyst Leanna Wen went?

We have a very narrow window to tie reopening policy to vaccination status. Because otherwise, if everything is reopened, then what's the carrot going to be? How are we going to incentivize people to actually get the vaccine? So that's why I think the CDC and the Biden administration needs to come out a lot bolder and say, 'If you are vaccinated, you can do all these things. Here are all these freedoms that you have.' Because otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway.

If the former president of Planned Parenthood and current CNN analyst (imagine that) is concerned about the number of people getting vaccinated, she should have a conversation with Dr. Fauci. I doubt he's hard to find. He's probably prepping for another CNN hit himself. If only Americans loved freedom as much as Anthony Fauci loves being on television. Fifteen days to flatten the curve would have ended after sixteen days.

Americans were told that once we get a vaccine, everything will get back to normal. We can only get back to normal if we get a vaccine. We have four of them now. Yet there's Anthony Fauci, the infallible god of all things 'rona, telling us that even with a vaccine, no getting back to normal until government allows it. No going to movies or going out to eat. No leaving the house without at least one mask on. Americans put up with things longer than we should have because we were told vaccines were the light at the end of the tunnel. Turns out the light at the end of the tunnel was painted onto a brick wall. Our betters in government bureaucracy are the Road Runner expecting the American people to be Wile E. Coyote.

As for the Biden administration, they already "promised" us "freedom" somewhere between "allowing" us to maybe have a small party on the Fourth of July and possibly getting back to normal NEXT YEAR. Of course, Joe Biden probably forgot saying both those things. He probably also can't remember where he left his pants. Or who left the giant dookie in his tighty whities.

IF you are someone who is concerned people aren't taking getting vaccinated seriously enough, the problem isn't with states re-opening. The problem is with the government already moving the goalposts three times too many. If you think MOAR restrictions are the answer, or that Biden telling Americans they only get freedom back if they do what he tells them, you're an idiot.
