Woman Facing Three Years In Prison Over Transphobic Thought Crime Of Claiming An Archaeologist Can Determine Sex From Bones
Despite what someone claimed to feel deep down inside, and despite whatever social or medical transition someone partook in, archaeologists can still dig up your bones 200 years later and determine the sex.
According to the left, sex and gender are two different things. So, this begs the question: why are they acting like it’s the same thing? Because in the progressive pursuit to make transgenderism a thing, that almost always includes the premise that they are not, in fact, distinct.
We see this throughout all forms of society, including but not limited to males in women’s sports, sharing locker rooms, and the notion that “trans women are women.”
And in one recent example that took place abroad, a Brazilian woman is now facing up to three years in jail for claiming the aforementioned fact that archaeologists can determine sex by looking at bones.
A Brazilian woman is under police investigation for criminal "transphobia" after commenting on social media that archeologists are able to determine a deceased person's sex from their bones.
If charged, Karen Mizuno faces up to 3 years in prison.https://t.co/bQQ6lxg5Eg

According to Reduxx:
A woman in Brazil is currently under police investigation for “transphobia” after she posted a joke online about archaeologists being able to discern a person’s sex by observing differences in bone structure. Speaking at a women’s rights protest in Rio de Janeiro in April, Karen Mizuno revealed that she was notified by police that she was facing possible criminal charges because she had mocked a trans activist who had stated that “archaeologists are transphobic.”
Mizuno explained that her ordeal began after an article was circulated about Lucy, a well-known fossil of a female human ancestor which dates back approximately 3.2 million years.
“The situation was, there was an article going around about the bones belonging to the fossil of Lucy, and how the archaeologists found out that she was a woman, because of the pelvic bone,” Mizuno said. “Trans activists were saying that attesting that Lucy was a woman, because of her female pelvic bone, was transphobia. In other words, they said she could be a trans man. They really think that someone who lived three million years ago had a ‘gender identity.’ It’s an unreasonable argument, an anachronism.”
The illogical concept of transgenderism is not something that humans have struggled with for all of eternity. This is a very novel concept, and the fact that anyone would claim that this was a thing during Lucy’s time is a bit of a stretch, to say the very least.
This is one of the stories of persecution shared at @StandingforXX in Rio. Karen (@lesbianheresy) is being investigated by the police because one of her tweet was shared by Isabella Cepa, who faces possible arrest for "transphobia" here in Brazil. She continued: “I took screen shots of the tweet with these accusations of alleged ‘transphobia’ by the archaeologists, which said exactly the following: ‘This tweet reminds me of something I never see people talking about. Archaeologists are indeed transphobic. That so-called Lucy, for example, are they inferring she was a woman based on the bones alone? Does that mean that if I die, in 500 or 5000 years someone might disrespect my gender because of that?”
Yes, this would mean that a “trans woman” would be labeled a man in hundreds of years. That is because despite him feeling some type of way, he is, in fact, a man. This is evident through every organ and bone in his body. So, the fact that he claims that “Osteological sexing” is transphobic would imply that gender and sex are not two different things, which they are not, according to this man's lack of logic.
According to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, “'Sex' and 'gender' are often used interchangeably, despite having different meanings. Sex refers to a set of biological attributes in humans and animals. It is primarily associated with physical and physiological features including chromosomes, gene expression, hormone levels and function, and reproductive/sexual anatomy.”
However, according to the institute, “Gender refers to the socially constructed roles, behaviours, expressions and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse people.”
So, according to the leftist scientists of our great northern neighbors, sex and gender are distinct. So, why is the Brazilian government acting as if biological reality does not exist? Because, according to their logic, which is extremely lacking, this could not be further from the truth.
But are you surprised? This is why we have the saying that “the only standards the left has are double standards.” This side contradicts itself as if its entire ideology were dependent on it.
Mizuno took a screenshot of the comment and posted it with her own commentary, writing: “With each passing day, human extinction ceases to become a fear and becomes something to hope for.” Mizuno explains that it was intended to be a light-hearted joke.
“I said nothing about ‘trans,’ there was no hateful speech, I only suggested that the question in the post was ridiculous, and clamored for the extinction of the planet.”
“I was notified on November 19, 2024. The police came to my house but I wasn’t at home. They told my mother if I didn’t go to the police station on the scheduled date they would arrest me,” she said. “In other words, I could literally be arrested for agreeing with the archaeologists that a 3 million year-old fossil, which had a female pelvis, had been a woman.”
According to George Orwell, “If all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed—if all records told the same tale—then the lie passed into history and became truth.”
This is what these fascist tyrants are doing to this poor woman in Brazil. I know and you know she did nothing wrong, especially because she was speaking archeological facts. However, the reason the left has a problem with this is because facts tend to go against their ideology, and they can’t have objective truth threaten their very orthodoxy. Thus, they have no choice but to gaslight the masses out of fear in the most Orwellian way.
We could close with a dumb platitude like, “The Truth Always Comes Out.” However, as we have known since the beginning of time, men and women are different. Only recently has this been brought into question, which should have ended before the lunatics made gender identity an international thing. And just like it’s true that men are men and women are women and bones are bones, the truth is objective, and nothing any tyrant does can rewrite that truth.
