I know many of you are distracted. When a former president gets "warrant-executed" (remember, it wasn't a raid) by the FBI in what on the surface looks like a political attack, it commands your attention. But while you were watching Mar-a-Lago unfold and wondering when your IRS audit is going to start, the White House ended the 'Remain in Mexico' policy once and for all. Get ready, because the border crisis is about to get border crisisier.

The Remain in Mexico policy was an international agreement President Trump had negotiated with Mexico in which people who are crossing illegally through Mexico would remain in Mexico while their asylum cases were proceeding in the United States. Joe Biden, who has been called "the migrant president" by his peers, ended it as one of his first orders of business. It's created the border crisis that has gotten so bad that even noted amnesty squish Lindsey Graham had to say, "Dude, too much."

There was legal back-and-forth for a year. But now?

"DHS officials said asylum seekers waiting in Mexico for their appointments in the U.S. immigration court would be allowed to cross the border on the day of their hearings and stay in the United States while awaiting an outcome."

A hearing that you and I both know few will show up to. Instead, they'll overrun our small southern border towns until they are bussed to the Northeast, where illegal immigrant-loving Mayors Eric Adams and Muriel Browser fight to pass the "Not In My Back Yard Act."

Remember, it's only racist when Gov. Greg Abbott shares the wealth of illegal immigrants. Not when Democrats do it.

So, yeah. While the federal government may or may not be targeting one of Joe Biden's political opponents (I know that you know that I know), America has effectively stopped having a border.
