Watch: America would be better off WITHOUT Reddit

Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian shared his perspective on immigration on X, noting that his mother, an undocumented immigrant who overstayed an au pair visa before marrying his father, could have impacted his life—and that Reddit might never have existed as a result.
He added, “I do think border security matters. But it shouldn’t come at the cost of crushing lives. A sensible amnesty / legalization policy (like what Reagan offered in 1986!!) could strike a better balance.”
He also claimed that a “Path to citizenship for law-abiding, hard-working undocumented immigrants” is not “open borders, it’s smart borders,” and that the guys at Home Depot deserve special treatment.
"You just made the case against yourself," Crowder said, adding that “illegal aliens are a huge part of the problem, and they don't deserve special treatment."
According to Statistics, “Visa overstays make up almost 40 percent of illegal entries.”
The share of people becoming undocumented immigrants in the United States not by illegally crossing a border, but by overstaying their visas was almost 40 percent of estimated new undocumented immigrants in the fiscal year 2023. While an estimated 860,000 new undocumented arrivals were created due to illegal border crossings that year, more than 510,000 people overstayed their visas.
“How are these people contributing to this great nation? How are they contributing to this great nation when they are simply doing jobs or work that Americans were doing and are willing to do, but are doing it cheaper?” Crowder said. “How are they building up this great nation? A nation that fails to move forward and continues to build itself crumbles.”
Coincidentally, while Reddit is not favorable to Conservatives, they do happen to allow pages titled “Lugilore,” despite that man being accused of murder.
"I will say this, and this is ad hominem, [Alexis Ohanian] you are a piece of sh*t," Crowder said. “What we are dealing with is millions of millions of people who have no desire to be American and have no desire to benefit this country. We need to have a system that does not enable them because we need to look out for American families first.”
