The New York City 9/11 Memorial was vandalized by a gun control activist, and the fact that this is unsurprising says it all.
“Just stop killing kids" was spray-painted in red over some names on the memorial. Johnathan Tijerina was arrested in connection with the crime, CBS reported. And while this is certainly not the mayor’s fault, it is hard to ignore the culture that exists in the city since he was elected.

It is unclear how this was supposed to be considered activism, but the fact that he believed this would help his fake cause is truly delusional. And if we are to assume he lacks a criminal record, that means his vote would have counted just as much as yours in past elections. This is concerning, to say the very least.
How does pretending to fight for kids’ safety by vandalizing the names of people who suffered torturous deaths make sense in his little mind?
On another note, during the 25th anniversary ceremony, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was filmed laughing with his buddy AOC as the names of victims were read out loud. Unclear what was so funny during such a somber moment, but again, that tells you all you need to know.
