Oklahoma democrats introduce the Extended Political Universe to another democrat socialist harpy, N’Kiyla Jasmine Thomas. She won a five-way primary to become the nominee for US Senate. And I know what you're thinking. A female democrat socialist, she probably ranks somewhere on the cringe to crazy scale, right? Judging by this homage she posted to the movie Mean Girls, yes, she's off the charts on both.

Is Oklahoma a competitive race? No. Or, I sure as sh*t hope not. But the streets are talking about it. Cringe hardo TikTok content is a recurring theme for Democrats this week. Also, and this part is key, the movie Mean Girls is complete ass, and any opportunity that presents itself to remind people how overrated it is should be taken.

This is the source material. It was posted last September, with the caption "Stop trying to make Mullin happen." A reference to former OK Senator Mulkayne Mullin, who is now Trump's Homeland Security Secretary. The thing is, I can't think of anything specific Mullin did last September that is meltdown-worthy. It was before he was nominated. And voters had elected him senator, so Mullin had already "happened."

There is also a hashtag for something called "Regina George Politics." I don't have the strength to due any more diligence there, but I'm guessing a Venn diagram of Regina George Politics and fans of Lindsay Clancy would be a circle.

Here's the thing: I'm Gen-X, male, and conservative. I recognize that not all content is for me, and this video would fall into that category. My question is...who is this for? Are there Democrat primary voters who, when making their decision and weighing their options, decided that this video is what gave N’Kiyla the edge?

Or is the target audience those of us in right-wing media, because these clicks don't bait themselves, and us ridiculing what a whackadoodles the left is makes them more popular among Democrats who are also two tacos short of a combination platter?

I'm not sure of the answer. Though "Mean Girls" still sucks.
