Lawyer makes mistake of getting into a fight with a judge, cries transphobia as he/him gets arrested for contempt
Watch Louder with Crowder every weekday at 11:00 AM Eastern, only on Rumble Premium!
On this episode of "What Not to Do as a Lawyer"... he's gonna need a lawyer! 😂
Must be a liberal...after arguing with the judge IT pulls the “because I’m trans” card, then when found in contempt yelled “I can’t breathe” followed by a scream. 🤣 pic.twitter.com/NpOXE7knbr

As the video's caption says, this is today's example of what not to do as an attorney. Anyone who has ever watched a movie or TV show that takes place in a courtroom should know you don't get into fights with judges. I'm wondering how long into being pinned against the wall by police and claiming they couldn't breathe did this lawyer realize to they/theself, "Perhaps I should have let it go."
Usual viral video rules apply. I did minimal research on this because I'm sharing it for entertainment purposes only. I believe this is Oklahoma and took place last month. I suppose there is a chance the lawyer was in the right. Judging by the look on the face of the opposing counsel, I'm going to assume a) they were not, and b) this isn't the first time this has happened.

The whole incident seems to stem from paperwork. We all hate doing paperwork. We've all had to go back to the DMV because we had the wrong form or we forgot to check a box. It sucks. I get it.
Granted, I'm not a legal professional, but I feel the judge's request to return with the proper petition filed was reasonable. Even if it wasn't, it's the judge, and she says so. It definitely does not warrant a meltdown and ignoring multiple warnings that you're about to be found in contempt of court.
Even the court officers attempted to calm him/her down. When that didn't work, the cuffs had to come out.
I feel bad for whoever was waiting to go next. I had to take care of a speeding ticket one time, and the guy before me got into a fight with the judge and the attorney, where he claimed racism. I've never been more scared to hear my name called next. While I have limited experience appearing before one, the last thing you want is a judge in a bad mood.
