New York City has some of the strictest rent control laws in the country. In that pursuit, officials have made it painfully ridiculous to evict someone, as private property rights were trashed long ago and replaced with “squatter rights".” This may be the reason why one cross-dressing tenant has yet to be evicted even though he has been “wildly waving around weapons, masturbating in a hallway and almost causing a catastrophe when he turned on all his gas burners,” according to a report from the New York Post.
The New York Post has a report on a Bronx man who wears women's clothes and has been terrorizing his neighbors by m—sturbating in a shared area and knocking on their doors while brandishing a hatchet. https://t.co/r6jiqB9rhy pic.twitter.com/tJgfBpLygH

Per the outlet:
The off-the-rails renter apparently wears an array of wigs when harassing neighbors and hasn’t paid rent in more than a year at the East 214th Street building in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx, according to the building management company and apartment residents.
“The blonde wig, he messes with me. The pink wig, he messes with the guy on the second floor. The red wig, he messes with the third floor,” tenant Leonia Clemente, 44, told The Post.
“Depending on what wig he has on, it’s who he messes with…He has different personalities. It’s multiple personalities.”
Wow. This is definitely not something you read about every day. And the fact that he wears a different wig depending on who he is harassing makes this even more disturbing. While I am no mental health expert, this is clearly a person who would benefit greatly from institutionalized care. I am also no legal expert, but I think he has broken quite a few laws. Unclear why people like this are rewarded for their deranged behavior, but nothing in NYC is surprising these days.
One disturbing video captured through a peephole and obtained by The Post shows the 28-year-old renter, Anthony Orozco, banging on the door with a hatchet while wearing a tight black dress.
Neighbors filmed him being taken from the building by cops while wearing the black dress and a blonde wig.
Another shocking clip shows him touching himself inappropriately in the hallway while more footage shows him with only underwear with his butt hanging out on the common area.
At one point, according to the outlet, he turned on all four burners and nearly caused a catastrophe. The apartment was without gas for an entire month.
You may be wondering: How is this person still allowed to live there and cause this much harm? The answer, of course, is because his case has been stuck in the renters' court. This is because the system is designed to reward poor renter behavior and penalize landlords.
This is also what happens when the left is in charge. In the fake pursuit to ensure compassion is at the forefront of policy, they have created an apartment complex full of victims, while a deranged, high, mentally ill psychopath terrorizes people. To the left, it is a human right for this creep to be “housed”. To common sense, he would have been evicted over a year ago. Unclear how much longer he will be able to stay at the complex, as he has not paid rent since June 2024, but we can be certain it will be a while.
