If it's something Donald Trump does to protect the American voter, worker, or taxpayer, you can count on a Democrat-appointed district court judge to say he can't. It's a game to guess if they are from California, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or DC. Today we have TWO DC-based judges ruling that the President of the United States is powerless to do anything about voter fraud or have a say in welfare policy.

Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the Trump Adminstration can't block people from using their taxpayer-funded SNAP benefits to buy junk food or soda. Apparently, five plaintiffs argued the restrictions undermine their access to food, claiming the restricted items help manage diabetes, allergies, and daily energy needs.

Judge Berman Jackson listened to the argument that soda and junk food HELPED MANAGE DIABETE AND ALLERGIES and it made sense to her.

Then you have Judge Spakle Sooknanan. Yes, that's her name.

A foreign-born judge ruled that the Trump Administration can't verify your citizenship to verify if you are legally able to vote, and this part is key: you need to be a citizen of the United States of America to do so.

The initiative pursued by the Department of Homeland Security would overhaul election security measures by creating the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system through a searchable citizenship database linked to the Social Security Administration.

"All in all, the federal government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote," Sooknanan stated in the decision. "This Court cannot stand idly by while that happens."

Not a single American citizen has their sacred right to vote trampled by verifying that they are American citizens who have a sacred right to vote. But Judge Sparkles, who was appointed by Biden, was in her feelings.

If you find yourself saying you are not going to vote because Trump didn't accomplish everything you wanted him to in six months, that's because everything he wants to do -- almost literally everything -- the left declares lawfare on and keeps suing until they get a result they like. Usually through lawsuits funded by millionaires and billionaires via left-wing non-profits and NGOs.

Even when it's something as simple as banning soda on SNAP. As the boss says, if you can't cut that, they won't let you cut anything.
