A mentally deranged man has been arrested after he began randomly attacking innocent White women and recording himself engaging in this violent act while aggressively shouting racist remarks. And the fact that this could have been prevented, considering he was arrested multiple times, is all the more infuriating.

Fortunately, the man has reportedly been arrested, according to The Post Millennial.

Di-Quan Schafar Hunt was arrested on Thursday, with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department saying he will be charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon. One video, which was filmed on July 30, took place in the 400 block of East Boulevard in Charlotte, NC.

Hunt was talking about a "real issue" in a separate video that was filmed on July 21, where he was walking past a woman who was holding a "get well" balloon. “Nah, don’t wave to me,” Hunt yelled at the woman, going on to knock her to the ground. The 220-pound repeat criminal hovered over the woman, striking her face multiple times as she lay motionless on the ground, screaming the n-word at her.

Do you know how evil you have to be to not only randomly attack an innocent woman, but also continue to beat her while she lay motionless on the floor, while screaming utter nonsense? So evil that he should never see the light of day. If authorities release him ANYTIME soon, it will be a huge disservice to public safety and will only put more innocent people at risk. And again, the fact that this was preventable, considering he was arrested nearly 10 times in 36 months, is all the more infuriating.

In another video, he was talking about McDonald's and charged at a woman before then chasing her around a car by the sidewalk. “You wanna run b*tch, you wanna run motherf*cker, huh? I betcha run again motherf*cker."

His most recent arrests before this include assault on a woman. SHOCKER. He did just that again, and the fact that officials did not realize how much of a threat he was to public safety after the eighth time he was arrested in 36 months tells you how incompetent the system is. If the priority was to protect vulnerable people and uphold public safety, this would have been prevented. It is time the system starts promoting victim rights and throwing violent criminals where they belong. To call this unacceptable would be an understatement.
