A poll shows that the Left is increasingly okay with political violence. Who could have guessed? Today’s show breaks it down.

“Democrats confirm that they still very much like political violence," Crowder said.

For one of the questions in the poll, people were asked, “If you woke up tomorrow morning and saw the following news headlines, how would you feel? ‘President Donald Trump died overnight in his sleep.’” About 56% said they would view this as positive. Another question asked was, “If you woke up tomorrow morning and saw the following news headlines, how would you feel? ‘To safeguard the Constitution, a group of U.S. military leaders has removed President Donald Trump from power and assumed control of the United States.’” About 59% of those polled viewed this as positive. One of the most concerning results was when they were asked the following scenarios. “If you woke up tomorrow morning and saw the following news headlines, how would you feel? ‘President Donald Trump was assassinated while speaking at a

Rally.’” About 25% said neither positive nor negative, with 31% being totally positive.

“I don't think we have the data of Obama or Biden being assassinated at a rally. I would be shocked if, from the right wing, it was lower than 80% negative, if not 90%,” Crowder said.

Despite where you stand on the political spectrum, it should never be viewed as a positive thing for the president to be assassinated.

Last year, a YouGov poll showed that only 38% of Democrats believed it was always unacceptable “for a person to be happy about the death of a public figure they oppose.” Republicans said 77% found it unacceptable. That says it all.

“Be very aware of the threat that you face,” Crowder said. “Let’s just say it is a third to more than a third who support political violence; then you still have a quarter who are indifferent. It means you would have people who would support your mugging and more than half who would support or do nothing about it if they witnessed it. It is not the same. It is not both sides. And remember, since President Donald Trump has been elected, left-wing terrorism is at its worst in 30 years.”
