Today, we saw three things that have become the lasting images of the Joe Biden presidency: Joe Biden refusing to answer questions after speaking publically, Joe Biden's handlers frantically shooing away reporters before Biden accidentally answers a question, and no one in the White House knowing how live microphones work.

Enjoy the hat trick! Joe Biden, a man who is in total control of his senses and bowels, finished a small business roundtable. He ignores reporters. Handlers shoo reporters. Biden whines they never ask "relevant" questions.

It is probably for the best. When Joe Biden gets a question he doesn't like, he has an old man meltdown and lashes out at the reporter. It's why handlers are panicked to get reporters out, even as it makes everyone involved look horrible. If you're the handler when Biden has a public cranky moment, they put you on bedpan duty. It's worse when Biden misses the bedpan.

"What if it was a Republican" is baked into the cake. But it's astounding the disdain for the media this president gets away with. It's an adoring media, too (sans DOOCY). Donald Trump would be mean WHILE ANSWERING QUESTIONS, and the press would act like Trump was destroying their institution with his bare hands. Joe Biden refuses to answer any questions and says the reporters' questions suck anyway. The media at large bends over and takes it. It's good to be a Democrat.
