If You Support Greta Thunberg’s Exploitation, You’re a Monster
Greta Thunberg is being abused. Her open exploitation is being excused and encouraged by sadistic monsters eager to gain more government control over our lives. If you are one of these people defending Greta Thunberg's presence on the global stage, if you push her forward to make an emotional plea, to take the arrows of criticism which comes standard with placement in the public eye, you're passively participating in her exploitation. You should not only feel deep shame, but dirty.
If you still need convincing this poor child is a victim of abuse, I'll direct you to Matt Walsh's OpEd over on the Daily Wire. Just don't drink from any tumblers. The cancer. It burns. As Walsh and everyone else has pointed out, including me last night, Greta is on the spectrum. Her Aspergers in combination with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder means she takes things literally. As in the actual, real sense of the word "literally." Not the sense stupid people use when saying Donald Trump is literally Hitler.
When I hear Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez bitch about how the world is ending in 12 years, I just mock her until I get bored. I'll let you know when the boredom actually sets in. But Greta Thunberg believes people like AOC. Thunberg believes the world is burning, slowly crisping itself into an over-eager filmmaker's version of hell. Let that sink in for a second.
Then after you're done considering how this child is legitimately terrified, consider how your insistence she's brave, wonderful, insightful, and the hero you needed contributes to her abuse. Consider how your endorsement of her status of a public figurehead, if not beautified sect leader for the climate alarmism movement, only fuels the delusion subjected on her by her parents. Parents who should not only feel great shame, but who should probably not be parents to this poor child.
Being a public figure is stressing enough. Being a young public figure while coping with mental and emotional issues has to be incredibly damaging. Watch the video below and tell me if this looks like a healthy child who should be pushed in front of cameras to advance your agenda:
"Sorry, my brain is not working correctly" Looks like Greta Thunberg has early-onset Joe Biden disease. https://t.co/1WH1iXoYgM— Boomieleaks (@Boomieleaks)1567024280.0
Yet she is cheered on by people standing behind her.
Let me be clear with the "standing behind her" phrase. Normally when someone "stands behind you" it's a signifier of a unified front, support. If you're "standing behind" someone, you're theoretically there to catch them when they fall.
With Greta Thunberg, those of you standing behind her do so as a soldier stands behind a shield, using the shield to take the attacks, using the shield as a tool to push forward. Treating the shield as it should be: an inanimate tool employed as a weapon, a blunt object, a defense mechanism guarding those behind it from the repercussions of battle.
You're using Greta Thunberg as a meat shield. You're hoping her mental issues will deflect criticism of an argument you cannot seem to make without dire, emotional appeals. You do not care this girl is clearly unwell. You're banking on her mental health issues, leveraging them to advance your agenda forward through a crowd of critics. Critics you ironically try to shame for stating plain facts that poor Greta suffers from mental illness.
You cannot make climate alarmism arguments on rational merit. You failed to make compelling arguments with your faulty "climate scientist consensus" mantra. So now you've saddled a mentally unwell girl with an apocalyptic vision of the world which she has bought wholesale. You are not supporting her with your cheers, your applause, your mutual disgust of Donald Trump or any "climate denier" you feel is deserving of your ire. You're actually tormenting her, stressing her limited ability to cope with stress and reality, forcing on her a vision of reality which will never be in order to enact policies you cannot enact through legitimate means.
Do not congratulate yourselves for lauding a teen girl with Aspergers and OCD who champions your cause. Instead, examine your own frail consciences for allowing a fragile child to act on your behalf.
You are cowardly. You are exploitative. You are so far in the wrong there may be no hope for you.
