Jasmine Crockett announces her US Senate run and immediately starts with the crocodile tears

JUST IN: Jasmine Crockett starts crying during her announcement that she is running for the United States Senate.
"I just want to be clear that this was never my intention. This was never about me. I never put myself into any of the polls."

Can anyone name one thing Rep. Jasmine Crockett has done to make the people she represents better off? No? Didn’t think so. That is because, more often than not, she spends much of her day going after Donald Trump. And if she is not going after Trump, she’s going after you. This is why it’s bizarre that she has decided to launch her Senate run, when she despises many of the people she will never pretend to represent.
Crockett cried when she announced her run. I think she will also cry when she loses. Funny how things always seem to “circle back” like that.

Call me crazy, but I doubt this is what the people want from their representative.
According to NBC:
Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, launched her run for Senate on Monday, shaking up the Democratic primary just before the state's filing deadline.
Crockett joins the race to take on GOP Sen. John Cornyn, who is facing multiple primary challengers himself. The two-term congresswoman’s decision also comes as her Dallas-based House seat was redrawn in a GOP-led redistricting effort.
"There are a lot of people that said, 'You gotta stay in the House. We need our voice. We need you there,'" Crockett told her supporters as she launched her campaign Monday night. "And I understand. But what we need is a bigger voice."
If by “bigger voice” she means an arrogant imbecile who will never do anything beneficial for this country, then sure, we can call it that, but I hardly doubt that is what the people of Texas “need.”
Crockett, with a slogan of "Texas Tough," pitched herself as the Democrat best-positioned to drive out turnout and appeal to disillusioned voters, saying she can build "a strong multi-racial, multi-generational coalition," and pledged to focus on addressing the cost of living and holding President Donald Trump accountable.
Of course, she made this about holding Trump accountable. She does realize that Texas voted for Trump, right?! Meaning, she has implied she refuses to acknowledge what those voters want, as she pretends to fight for a “strong multi-racial, multi-generational coalition,” whatever that even means.
While it's cute that Crockett thinks she can appeal enough to voters to win this seat, I think we all know what the outcome will be. And it certainly won’t be happy tears.
