I want Scott Jennings to remain on CNN as the sole voice of reason for as long as he can stomach doing so. If he quit yesterday after listening to these harpies make excuses for Charlie Kirk's killer AFTER the charges were read, I wouldn't blame him. I also wouldn't blame him if he got fired after hitting people with his chair. Because, however much you hate the media... #217 in a series.

It starts with CNN's Kasie Hunt struggling to understand the killer's motives. This was after authorities listed the killer's motives as they announced the charges against the killer. Psst... he killed Charlie Kirk because of his political opinions. The killer, like most on the left, said Kirk couldn't be reasoned with. That's why he killed him. There's no confusion, other than Hunt is a CNN employee who gets paid to cape for the left at all times.

There are two components to CNN making excuses for the killer and "bothsidesing" the problem, if not blaming Donald Trump entirely.

1. We should be impressed that Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro launched his 2028 presidential campaign, claiming political violence is a bothsides issue, since he -- a Democrat -- had someone try to burn his house while he and his family were inside. He is purposely leaving out that the person who did it was a pro-Palestine leftist. You may remember that Shapiro is Jewish and would have been the Democrat nominee for vice president if the pro-Palestine Democrats who run the party didn't take issue with him being Jewish.

According to CNN, it doesn't matter why the pro-Palestine leftist tried to kill Shapiro's family. Shapiro willfully leaving the point out doesn't matter either. The issue is how dare Scott Jennings point out that obvious point! Try, as he might: “I agree that it is problematic that a prominent Democrat cannot be honest about who tried to burn his house down. I totally agree with you about that.”

2. Don't you DARE point out that Charlie Kirk's killer was brainwashed by the left's trans ideology. The left, aided by the media (but I repeat myself), has for the past few years claimed that anyone who believes in science or basic biological facts wants to genocide trans people. Even after Kirk was ASSASSINATED over someone brainwashed into that ideology, CNN considers it beyond the pale to mention it, let alone identify the delusion.
