Christina Pushaw is the only flak who could handle being a spokeswoman for Ron DeSantis. Her responses to adversarial reporters are so brutal, you get the sense Gov. DeSantis has to ask her to "tone it down" on occasion. So, when a reporter from liberal blog The Washington Post contacted her about a "profile", the day after they ran a political hit job against the Libs of TikTok Twitter account, she knew what was really up. Remember, Pushaw exposing the dingbat reporter who was doing LoTT was how we first heard the hit piece was coming.

Pushaw responded to the reporter. This email needs to be hung in a museum. Or turned into an NFT.

This part was my favorite. It comes after she calls out WaPo for revealing LoTT's personal information, and then lying about it:

"The purpose of journalism is to hold the powerful accountable. Wielding the power of a national newspaper to intimidate a private citizen for the thoughtcrime of reposting TikTok videos, that liberal creators posted publicly, is not journalism. It is bullying, and I do not trust that a newspaper that elevates this sociopathic behavior will cover me fairly. This is not personal -- I do not know you and have only heard positive things about you. But I do know the Washington Post."

It doesn't say much for the intelligence of reporters that this guy, the day after his newspaper released a partisan hatchet job against a real estate agent, thought Pushaw would be receptive to his request for a "profile." Either he's a chucklehead or he thinks Christina is a chucklehead who wouldn't see that as a clear attempt at a smear job.
