Candace Owens has claimed to have explosive evidence proving that Tyler Robinson did not do it, saying he is being “wrongfully framed.” Today’s show breaks it down.

Per comments from Owens on X, “Note the people who sold you Fed slop. They are going to have a terrible, terrible week.”

“When there are no concrete claims made, or very few, it is kind of hard to refute them,” Crowder said. However, it was proven on the show to be done in less than two minutes.

According to Owens, footage from the roof shows what many believe is Robinson engaging in a military crawl, or a “lateral crawl,” if you will. She claimed this evidence was withheld from the court. However, it was actually the defense that demanded it be withheld, not the prosecution. Additionally, many people would also argue it does not, in fact, show a military crawl.

“Our rooftop guy begins a tactical crawl. It's actually known in the military as a lateral crawl,” she claimed on her show.

She also claimed the man on the roof is military signaling, but it is unclear what he is even signaling.

She further alleged that the man does not even look like Robinson.

“The person does not look like anybody for the same reason Mairo on a Game Boy does not look like anybody. There is a plethora of publicly available footage, pictures, and images showing Robinson on site with his parents confirming," Crowder said.

She also said there was no recoil. “Anybody see a recoil?” Owens asked, claiming she “didn't see one.”

“Recoil from a 30-06 is pretty moderate. The idea that it would cause a black eye -- you would have to be retarted," Crowder said.

The medical report also confirmed Kirk died from a gunshot wound to the neck.

“[The claims are] so silly,” Crowder said.
