Ashton Kutcher Shares Powerful Pro-Life Video. Are We About to See a Cultural Shift?
Most celebrities are firmly in the pocket of the pro-abortion lobby. Yes, there are few exceptions like Dean Cain and Patricia Heaton. But usually, being in Hollywood means pledging your allegiance to Planned Parenthood. One nation, under forceps, with death and liberty for no baby. Or at the very least, refusing to speak out on anything remotely pro-life. Which makes the timing of Ashton Kutcher sharing the below video rather intriguing. It's from a powerful pro-life testimony to Congress from last year.
Now let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. It's not time to pro-claim AshKutch the pro-life hero of Hollywood. We're in no way claiming Kutcher is some kind of a secret conservative. 92% of his political opinions in the Age of Trump make it clear he's not a right-leaning bro with a Gadsden flag hanging in his set trailer. However, the actor did positively portray a pro-life character on his show The Ranch. Portraying anything pro-life on screen is a big boo-boo no-no for most Hollywood producers. Unless the pro-lifer is a toothless hick clinging to his Bible and calling everyone a whore.
Could this video be the actor's way of speaking out? Especially when Democrats have stopped pretending to be anything other than pro-infanticide. The video is from a year ago, and Kutcher went through the trouble of uploading it directly to his page with his own branding. Whether it was intentional or not, that his 16 million followers are at least being introduced to an anti-abortion argument is a great thing.
Does a Hollywood actor sharing a pro-life video portend a cultural shift? Let's put it this way: Democrats are no longer hiding their pro-infanticide agenda. Anyone who has influence sharing testaments to the value of life which run counter to the Democrat agenda are moving a needle. What Kutcher did was a direct contrast to what the Democrats in Virginia, New York and now Vermont have sold.
We'll take it.
