Cecil the Lion Dies: Jimmy Kimmel Cries. Babies Die: Not So Much

Cecil the Lion was a popular GPS tracked lion in Zimbabwe—until an American dentist killed him on July 1^st. Now the entire world has exploded in rage against the hunter. At least that's what I've learned on the interwebz.

A petition has been started to demand justice for Cecil the Lion. As of now, it has received almost 372,000 signatures. That is a lot of signatures in a short amount of time for a dead lion. A lot of people are obviously upset. Cecil was killed in a brutal, semi-illegal, way, so I can understand it. I don't really have enough damns to give, but I don't begrudge people who do.

Jimmy Kimmel was very upset himself—he even choked up when talking about it.

But this all begs the question. How did Jimmy Kimmel react when he watched the Planned Parenthood videos? How about when he learned that baby’s parts were callously sold for profit? Did he find himself verklempt?

Turns out, surprise surprise, Jimmy Kimmel never said a word about Planned Parenthood. Because, progress.

Because we all know it was about race. That's why only 'white guys' hunt lions. These tweeps saw "The Ghost and The Darkness" so they know what's up.

As for Planned Parenthood… Well, there's been a deafening silence. Seems most everyone on the left thinks we need to give them the benefit of the doubt. Or maybe just rally around them. You know, defend them. It’s okay to kill babies and sell their parts, but not to kill lions because… Well just because. So shut up.

These babies just happened to be born the wrong species. Yeah, that's the ticket. Leftists are now species-ists. Spread the word.
