Zohran Mamdani's latest "don't call it Communist" scam is to covert NYC real estate into communes

As it would turn out, The Zohran has quite the digital paper trail where he says out loud what his plans are. Such as the "not" communist plan to convert private property into communes. Yes, in New York City. I know that you know how that will turn out. But a trust fund baby who went to an expensive private school that claims he's from the third world does not.
To be clear, this is NOT a communist idea. Independent fact-checkers claim so. Even though he supports communist ideals and wants to seize the means of production -- which The Zohran has said out loud with his words that came out of his mouth -- he says he's not a communist and is only a socialist. I'm guessing because "communist" doesn't poll well.
He's not a communist. Just like he didn't say the words "globalize the intifada" or "I hate Jews," at least not that we've seen on video, but he seems to have a lot of support from the people who do...
Anyway, back to The Zohran being a Not Communist. In a video called “How Socialists Solved The Housing Crisis” from four years ago, he says the plan is for the government to buy up private property and turn it into communes. The streets say it's not fair to hold The Zohran accountable for things he says when he was younger -- even though it was only a few years ago, and he's an elected official -- but the scam like this, as he supports policies that will make it not worth developers owning property in the city he wants to be the mayor off, should be something voters take seriously... if there weren't so many low-information ones who vote in NYC.
Remember the last time not communists tried running communes in the city?
This says nothing of the fact that, if 51-years of hip hop lyrics are accurate, New York City doesn't have the best track record when it comes to running and maintaining government housing. That might be why voters of color and lower-income people went overwhelmingly for Andrew Cuomo, and The Zohran main base of support were his fellow trust-fund babies, only they prefer their potato salad with raisins and are living in the city because mommy and daddy are paying their rent.
The 95% of New York City residents who didn't vote for The Zohran in the primary are going to be surprised as they find out more about them. It would explain why the media is working overtime to claim none of it is true.
