Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Indiana Democratic candidate Jaime West admitted she was, in fact, intoxicated during her viral video where she announced to Republicans, “We have guns, too.” It is unclear if she was also drunk during yesterday’s video, so draw your own conclusions.

While I am not here to say she's lying, I will say that most people who drink three Coors Lights don't act and slur the way she did. Again, do with that information what you will.

According to The Independent:

West, who is running for a seat on the Fayette County Council this Election Day, argued on Piers Morgan Uncensored Monday that she "wasn't that intoxicated" during her slurring and stuttering interview on a local TV forum earlier this month.

"A lot of people assumed you might have had a drink before you did that interview. Did you?" Morgan asked the Democratic hopeful, to which she replied: "I had a Coors Light. I had a beer."

Morgan pressed her further, prompting her to admit that she had "a couple" of beers.
"I was nervous! I was going into a room full of Republicans!" West exclaimed.

Despite being intoxicated, she still stands by her comments. She even claimed “she has every right to be angry,” and justified those feelings by saying her neighbor just graduated high school, and now she's worried he'll go to war. Again, it is unclear how many, if any, beers she had before this interview, so draw your own conclusions.

We used to live in a time where candidates campaigned on how they would make things better for voters. Now, the left has nothing better than nervous buffoons who cannot even conduct interviews without consuming alcohol, while still whining about how much they hate the other side.

That said, is there ever a time when this woman is not drunk? The people deserve to know, and the fact that she is arrogant enough to believe she is worthy of the vote, despite hating half this country, while also failing to convey a thought without drinks, is astonishing. And this not being satire makes it all the more baffling.
