Barack Obama is campaigning for Ilhan Omar. Today’s show breaks it down.

“Lawfare is not enforcing the law,” Crowder said. “Lawfare is certainly not enforcing the law for someone exempt because of their status in a way that would never be afforded to an average American noncitizen.”

A search warrant allowed agents to seize Omar’s cellphone, laptop, passport, and other records.

According to Obama, “It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.”

“Do you mean like the IRS targeting the Tea Party as political opponents as they did under your watch? Do you mean spying on the campaign of your political opposition as you have found to have done with Donald Trump? Do you mean seizing records as you did from the AP and Fox News? Do you mean that?” Crowder said.

Obama continued, “Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.”

“All of her baggage warrants investigation,” Crowder said. “She changed her birth year from 1981 to 1982 to look like a minor when she got her citizenship. That is the point. She changed it because otherwise she wouldn't have been able to get it the way she did. That is called immigration fraud.”

Obama added, “Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.”

“Do you mean like the Mar-a-Lago raid?” Crowder said. “Do you mean like the raid Project Veritas had when they were talking about Ashley Biden's diary?”

Crowder added, “How can you unify when all you do is lie? How can you unify when you consistently stand up for those who seek to destroy our country?”
