Teachers Union Advised Teachers To Hide Students' Gender Identity Surveys From Parents

Justified parents are outraged as Jefferson County School District in Colorado is being accused of breaking state and federal laws in order to promote its radical agenda on gender ideology in the classroom and their union is helping them get away with it.
The school district reportedly told teachers not to conduct gender surveys of students that included preferred pronouns. The union then told teachers that if they did conduct the questionnaires they should be done on paper so that the evidence could be destroyed.
Basically, the union allegedly tried to help teachers break the law and hide this from parents and the district. The union believes that undermining a parent’s right to consent is what’s best for children and it’s better to just keep them in the dark entirely.
Administrators advised teachers to steer clear from such surveys as there are already several lawsuits regarding this issue and the district says it is unclear whether surveys about pronouns are illegal.
"If you do a questionnaire, please make it a paper and pencil activity - any digital records are more permanent and may be requested under federal law," an email from Jefferson County Education Association (JCEA) to teachers said.
The email also “encouraged” teachers to make “notations about students and not hold on to the documents.”
We used to live in a society where teachers were not obsessed with sexualizing kids. But that reality is long gone.
Jefferson County Education Association President Brooke Williams has not admitted any wrongdoing and in fact, has put the blame on other people for politicizing the issue.
"By allowing students an optional avenue to share their preferred pronouns while maintaining student privacy, we can better ensure that students feel safe, respected, and validated. We encourage and support educators to follow Jeffco's district policy which states: School staff shall not disclose information that may reveal a student's transgender status to others, including parents and other school staff, unless legally required to do so or unless the student has authorized such disclosure. Transgender and gender nonconforming students have the right to discuss and express their gender identity and expression openly and to decide when, with whom, and how much to share private information," Williams said.
Remember a time when kids used to go to school to learn reading, writing, and arithmetic? That is no longer reality. Schools are now indoctrination camps and instruction has been dumbed down to fuel ideological nonsense. But God forbid you ‘politize the issue.’
