The internet bullied Martha Stewart into not one but TWO apologies for her "offensive" Halloween costume

Society is becoming extremely sensitive about issues that shouldn't be considered issues. Halloween was never controversial until the left decided that someone, somewhere, may or may not get offended by a random costume. What used to be considered a personal problem is now a societal issue, according to leftists. And this insanity is precisely why this article exists.
Martha Stewart has been forced to apologize to the leftist mob because they considered her costume to be offensive to the “unhoused” population. It is unclear whether any homeless person cares what Stewart wore on Halloween, but we can be almost certain the answer is no.
Martha Stewart issues TWO apologies after backlash for dressing up as a homeless person for Halloween. Stewart initially issued an apology claiming the costume was to raise awareness of homelessness, however she continued to receive backlash- prompting her to release a second apology. “It’s hard to admit when you’ve really screwed up. My earlier statement didn’t go far enough…I know many people are suffering economically. Wearing a costume like I did was insensitive and not funny.”

Martha Stewart responded Sunday to backlash about her Halloween costume, saying she was “distressed” to learn that her outfit, which depicted a “hungry” homeless person, had caused offense.
Stewart, who built a lifestyle empire around cooking and home entertainment, shared a photo of herself in tattered clothing, holding a clipboard that read, “I AM HUNGRY HELP ME!!” She posed with a tired expression and makeup meant to look like dirt on her face.
“My QVC candles are perfect for Halloween!!!” she wrote in the caption. The post was removed shortly afterward, but the costume and backlash continued to circulate elsewhere online.
She has since issued not one, but two apologies because, of course, she did. But the problem here is not Stewart’s attire, but the fact that the left can create a controversy from something that is not controversial. This is Halloween. People dress up for fun. This article should not exist, but the left hands it to create outrage over such nonsense.

She should not have to apologize for this because she did nothing wrong.
And what is even more absurd is that all the outrage comes from the side that enables the homeless crisis to become worse. To claim the left is not serious would be an understatement.
