The way that Liberals can spend millions and millions of dollars on projects just for them to be destroyed by vandalism and homeless drug zombies is truly astonishing, so much so that even the Third World would be appalled.
Residents are not too excited about the $82M Sixth Street PARC in Los Angeles, which has yet to open, as concerns are already being raised over vandalism, crime, and the inevitable homeless encampments that will soon pop up.

How is it possible that the city is this pathetic?
According to Fox 11:
The Sixth Street PARC — Park, Arts and River Connectivity — is a 12-acre project stretching from the Arts District to Boyle Heights.
The $82 million public investment will include playgrounds, a soccer field, green space and other recreational amenities.
But with construction still underway, graffiti is already visible in parts of the site.
Some residents worry this will become another “MacArthur Park.” And just for reference, this is the park:

They are considering putting up a new $2.3 million dollar, 11 foot tall, green wrought-iron fence around the entire park

LOL. Why do liberals spend millions to keep things “safe”? All they have to do is enforce the law and hold people accountable, rather than allowing drug zombies to continue to wreak havoc on the community. The incompetence is extremely telling.
